Russian drone strikes Warsaw-bound train near Polish border

A Russian drone struck the locomotive of a passenger train travelling from Kyiv to Warsaw near the Ukrainian border with Poland, causing no casualties.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Moscow deliberately hit rail and energy facilities in western regions during the attacks.

Poland's PKP Intercity service confirmed that the train carrying 206 passengers was delayed by more than six hours following the strike.
