T-Series Secures Music Rights for Ramayana for ₹75 Crore

T-Series has acquired the music rights for the two-part film 'Ramayana' for a refundable advance of ₹75 crore, marking one of the largest music-rights deals in the Indian industry.

The film, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra, features music composed by A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer, with the first part scheduled for a Diwali 2026 release.

The cast includes Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, and Ravie Dubey as Lakshman, with Sony Pictures handling global distribution.
