The Jharkhand High Court set aside the state government's order cancelling the CGL examinations and JSSC recruitment process following student protests.
Justice Deepak Roshan observed that there was no definitive or widespread evidence proving a complete paper leak compromised the entire pool of successful candidates.
The court restored the selection process while ruling that an ongoing CID probe into individual cases of malpractice will continue uninterrupted.
