Jio Platforms Sets IPO Price Band at ₹1,065-1,119, Targeting ₹30,200 Crore

Jio Platforms has priced its shares at ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 apiece for an initial public offering targeting a market value of up to ₹10.3 lakh crore.

The offering aims to raise about ₹30,200 crore at the upper end of the price band, positioning it to become India's largest-ever IPO.

Public subscription is planned to open on October 21 and close on October 23, with shares expected to begin trading on October 28.
