Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is visiting the Philippines for the 13th ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting-Plus from October 28 to 29.
The two-day visit focuses on deepening bilateral defence cooperation, exploring new technology areas, and promoting a free and open Indo-Pacific order.
The ADMM-Plus brings together 11 ASEAN member states and eight dialogue partners, including India, the US, China, and Russia.
