Russian President Vladimir Putin told the BRICS Business Forum 2026 in New Delhi that Moscow is ready to contribute to global energy and food security.
Putin noted that BRICS countries have accounted for more than 40 percent of world GDP over the past five years, surpassing the G7 grouping.
He criticized Western sanctions and trade restrictions, stating that over 30,000 sanctions have been imposed on Russia.
