Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has signed an agreement with the US government to provide 'Most Favoured Nation' pricing for its medicines, ensuring lower costs for state Medicaid programs.
The deal, which applies to future innovative medicine launches, led the US to delay Section 232 tariffs on the company's products for over two years.
The US market currently accounts for approximately 27 percent of Sun Pharma's global revenue, with the company holding the second-highest prescription share in the American dermatology segment.
