India Participates in SCO National Coordinators' Meeting in Islamabad

India joined other member states in attending a three-day meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) National Coordinators that commenced in Islamabad on September 28, 2026.

The Indian delegation is led by National Coordinator Alok Dimri, marking the first such visit following last year's brief conflict between the neighboring nations.

Pakistan's National Coordinator Mohammad Faisal chaired the deliberations to prepare for the SCO Council of Heads of State summit scheduled for August 2027 in Islamabad.
