UP Chief Electoral Officer Navdeep Rinwa has sought reports following bizarre errors, such as 'Ram ne Yadav ko maara', appearing in father's name columns.
The errors resulted from faulty automated translations in the online registration software, exacerbated by a lack of verification by voters.
Polling took place on Friday for 11 legislative council seats, with 152 candidates competing for the graduate and teacher constituency positions.
