NAZA, a documentary by Israeli filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor about mass killings of Palestinian civilians in Gaza, received a 25-minute standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival.
The duration is believed to be a festival record, surpassing the 23-minute ovation received last year by The Voice of Hind Rajab.
The documentary features insights from 24 Israeli military insiders, including intelligence officers and soldiers, and is considered a frontrunner for the festival's top prize.
