
Two back-to-back earthquakes struck northwestern Nepal on Wednesday, according to the National Seismological Research Centre.
The first tremor of magnitude 4.5 occurred at 1:51 a.m., followed by a 4.2 magnitude quake at 4.28 a.m. centered near Mugu district.
Authorities reported no immediate casualties or structural damage from the tremors, which were also felt in neighboring Dolpa and Jumla districts.
