TCS, JSW Dulux and Others Announce Special Dividends

Several Indian companies, including Tata Consultancy Services, JSW Dulux, and Indo Borax & Chemicals, rewarded shareholders with special dividend payouts in addition to regular dividends.

JSW Dulux announced a special dividend of ₹156 per equity share, bringing its total FY26 dividend payout to ₹236 per share.

Tata Consultancy Services declared a special dividend of ₹46 per equity share in January 2026, contributing to an annual payout of ₹110 per share.
