Eight Dead in Thailand School Shooting Incident

A teenage student killed his grandparents at home before opening fire at Debsirin Nonthaburi School near Bangkok on August 7, 2026, resulting in at least eight total deaths.

Police confirmed the gunman fired 26 rounds at the school, where three teachers and three students were killed, while 15 other students were injured while attempting to flee the scene.

Thai Education Minister Prasert Chantararuangthong has ordered all agencies to coordinate with officials to provide comprehensive support to affected individuals and prioritize the safety of students and personnel.
