The Bombay High Court stated on Wednesday that protesters demanding transparency in MPSC exams have the right to agitate over serious grievances.
The bench directed the Maharashtra government to file an affidavit within three weeks providing a department- and reservation-wise break-up of nearly 70,000 vacancies.
The court urged protesting students to return to classes and avoid blocking roads, emphasizing that their careers should not be hampered.
