Ukraine Announces New 'Army of Robots' to Robotize Frontline Warfare

Ukraine has launched a new defense initiative named the 'Army of Robots' to deploy autonomous machines on battlefields and minimize human casualties.

Announced by former defense minister Mykhailo Fedorov, the project aims to emulate the success of the 2022 'Army of Drones' initiative.

The robotic ecosystem aims to execute high-risk operations such as wounding evacuations, ammunition delivery, and infantry assaults using unmanned ground vehicles.
