IOA President PT Usha announced the creation of two memorial trophies dedicated to late shooting stalwarts Randhir Singh and Jaspal Rana.
The Raja Randhir Singh Memorial Trophy will be awarded to the best Indian male athlete at the Asian Games.
The Jaspal Rana Memorial Trophy will be presented to the best female athlete at the Asian Games.
