Indian decathlete Tejaswin Shankar increased his body weight from 78kg to 90kg with pure muscle and reduced his body fat percentage to 5 percent over nine years.
Guided by coach Cliff Rovelto and strength expert Wayne Lombard, the former high jumper boosted his bench press strength from 60-65kg up to 110kg.
The physical transformation has yielded an Asian Games silver medal, two Asian Championships medals, and a Commonwealth Games bronze in combined events.
