IIT Delhi has launched a seven-month online executive program designed to train professionals for Chief of Staff and strategic leadership roles.
The curriculum covers executive leadership support, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, decision-making frameworks, and technology-driven approaches.
Coordinated by Management Studies faculty members, the program features expert-led sessions, applied case discussions, a capstone project, and an optional campus immersion.
