Takeda's Dengue Vaccine Expected in India by Early 2027

Takeda expects its dengue vaccine, TAK-003, to be available in India during the first half of 2027, pending necessary local registration and import licenses.

Initial supplies will be manufactured at Takeda’s facility in Singen, Germany, and by partner IDT Biologika GmbH, with Biological E. supporting future production of up to 50 million doses annually.

The vaccine is approved for individuals aged 4 to 60 years, following clinical trials involving over 28,000 participants across 13 countries.
