EAAA India Alternatives IPO Booked 1.01x on Final Day of Bidding

The ₹1,200 crore initial public offering of EAAA India Alternatives closed for subscription on Wednesday with a 1.01x overall booking.

The price band for the pure offer-for-sale issue was fixed between ₹1,585 and ₹1,665 per equity share with a lot size of 9 shares.

Allotment is expected to be finalised on Thursday, October 29, with share credits and refunds slated for Friday, October 30.
