Shadab Khan leads Falcons to top of CPL table

Antigua and Barbuda Falcons moved to the top of the CPL 2026 points table after a five-wicket victory over Trinbago Knight Riders on August 23, 2026.

Shadab Khan delivered a match-winning performance, conceding only eight runs in four overs before scoring an unbeaten 52 off 20 balls to chase down the 166-run target.

The Knight Riders posted 165/6, led by Colin Munro's 46 and Nicholas Pooran's 43, but were unable to defend the total as the Falcons reached 168/5 in 18.3 overs.
