Comedian Kapil Sharma defended singer Daler Mehndi on social media after Uttarakhand minister Subodh Uniyal accused him of being inebriated during a live performance.
Mika Singh also released a video stating that his brother Daler does not consume alcohol and has been recovering from a serious surgery over the past two years.
Minister Uniyal had earlier questioned the ₹35-lakh performance at the Maa Kunjapuri Mela, alleging that the singer appeared disoriented and lip-synced on stage.
