
The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned Punjab's appeal against a High Court order directing a CBI investigation into corruption allegations linked to the Chief Minister's office to Friday.
Justice Dipankar Datta stated that the file must be studied by puisne judge Justice Sheel Nagu, who noted he would review the case once it reaches him.
The CBI registered a case on Tuesday against an officer on special duty in the CM's office and five others following the High Court directive.
