Bihar Government to Withdraw FIRs Against NEET Protesters

The Bihar government announced on Monday that it will withdraw all FIRs, complaints, and show-cause notices filed against protesters involved in the NEET paper leak agitation.

The Home Department notification mandates the immediate release of all individuals jailed in connection with the protests that occurred prior to 6 am on July 26.

This decision follows widespread unrest regarding the examination process, with the state government now moving to clear the legal cases lodged against the demonstrators.
