Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College Launches Free Breakfast Scheme

Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College in Mylapore expanded its welfare initiatives by launching a free breakfast scheme for economically disadvantaged students starting October 5.

Curated by the Akshaya Patra Foundation, the breakfast menu serves approximately 600 registered students every working day with items like idly, khichdi, and upma.

This program complements the institution's existing free noon meal scheme running since 2004 to support student attendance and health.
