Punjab Congress Chief Amarinder Singh Raja Warring Set To Resign Amid Infighting

Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring is set to be replaced following weeks of intense infighting within the state unit ahead of the 2027 Assembly polls.

Following notification from the Congress high command, Warring has offered to resign from his post.

Former minister and MP Vijay Inder Singla has emerged as the frontrunner to succeed Warring.
