Built on Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board land at a cost of ₹16,000 raised through crowdfunding, the facility features CCTV surveillance and basic amenities.

The study hall accommodates 15 to 20 aspirants daily and accepts textbook donations from residents to support students from the neighborhood and beyond.
