US-based trading platform Robinhood announced it will allow users to trade select US stocks and ETFs around the clock on weekends in collaboration with Bruce ATS, pending regulatory review.
The online brokerage reported that about 25 percent of its daily trading volume on busy days came from outside traditional weekday hours since launching round-the-clock weekday trading in 2023.
Additional features include perpetual futures trading for eligible US customers, AI agent execution tools, and a prediction markets hub partnered with Cboe to bet on corporate earnings.
