Cezanne Khan gained widespread recognition playing Anurag Basu in Ekta Kapoor's television serial Kasautii Zindagii Kay.
Following the show's conclusion in 2007, he took extended breaks from Indian television and worked in international projects.
He later returned to television roles in Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki in 2021 and Appnapan in 2022.
