CTI seeks protest ban in Delhi till Diwali, citing 70% business drop

The Chamber of Trade and Industry demanded a ban on large-scale protests in central Delhi from Navratri till Diwali to protect traders.

CTI stated that business activity in Delhi's markets has declined by roughly 70% over the past three days due to demonstrations.

The organisation urged the government to establish a permanent protest zone outside central Delhi, such as Burari or Ramlila Maidan.
