Pakistan captain Shan Masood will miss the second Test against West Indies in Port of Spain starting Sunday due to an index finger injury sustained in the first match.
Masood suffered the injury after being struck by a delivery from Jayden Seales during the first Test at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, which Pakistan lost by 90 runs.
The Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed Masood remains with the team, but his participation in the opening Test against England on August 19 in Leeds depends on his clinical recovery.
