The Central Bureau of Investigation arrested Satyendra Kumar, a proclaimed offender wanted in Bihar's multi-crore fodder scam who had been absconding for over 25 years.
Kumar was named in a CBI chargesheet in 2001 and faced a permanent arrest warrant after failing to appear before the court for trial.
A dedicated CBI team tracked his location to Nepal and apprehended him at Lucknow railway station on Thursday as he travelled by train from Guna.
