Dhanush Postpones Release of ‘Om’ to Avoid Box-Office Clash with Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer 2’

Dhanush announced that the makers of 'Om: Chapter 1' have postponed its October theatrical release out of respect for Rajinikanth's 'Jailer 2'.

The film will also steer clear of a Deepavali release to avoid clashing with Suriya's film 'Scene' scheduled for November 6.

'Om' is directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and stars Sai Pallavi and Sreeleela alongside Dhanush in pivotal roles.
