Eclatant Films Private Limited issued a legal notice to filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma seeking ₹29.67 crore over a 2010 agreement dispute.
The claimed amount includes pending principal and ₹11.38 crore in interest, with a settlement deadline of October 30.
The production house has also cautioned distributors and OTT platforms against acquiring rights to projects associated with the filmmaker.
