Saudi Arabia launched its first home-grown car brand, Ceer, backed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Public Investment Fund, and Foxconn.
The company unveiled its Exobot sedan and SUV near Jeddah, featuring a 1.3 billion dollar factory facility designed to produce roughly 2,40,000 electric vehicles annually.
Top-spec launch versions deliver 1,111 horsepower, accelerating from zero to 100 kph in 2.1 seconds with a range of up to 670 km ahead of production starting in January 2027.
