Tata Trusts Accepts N. Chandrasekaran's Resignation

The Sir Dorabji Tata Trust has accepted N. Chandrasekaran's decision not to seek re-appointment as Chairman of Tata Sons when his term expires on February 20, 2027.

The Trust, which holds a 27.9% stake in Tata Sons, has initiated the formation of a selection committee to identify a successor for the leadership role.

Chandrasekaran, who has led the group for the past decade, will continue his tenure until the official transition date in early 2027.
