Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill centuries guide India to win against West Indies

Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill scored centuries to lead India to an eight-wicket victory over the West Indies in the first ODI in Thiruvananthapuram.

Gill scored 110 runs off 108 balls while Kohli remained unbeaten on 139 from 88 deliveries, surpassing 15,000 ODI runs during a crucial 151-run partnership.

Earlier, spinner Kuldeep Yadav took 4 wickets for 40 runs to restrict the West Indies to an underwhelming 295 for seven despite a maiden century by Justin Greaves.
