Government Revises FASTag Guidelines and Validity for Divyangjan Category

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways revised FASTag guidelines for Divyangjan vehicles, replacing annual renewals with validity determined by disability percentage.

FASTags issued to individuals with 70% to 100% disability will remain valid for five years, while those with 40% to less than 70% disability receive three-year validity.

Beneficiaries will receive exempted FASTags based on disability percentages shown on certificates, Unique Disability ID cards, or other records.
