Four Family Members Killed in Belagavi House Fire

Four members of the Damone family died in a fire at their Chavatgalli home in Belagavi on September 14 due to a short circuit.

Police suspect a refrigerator caught fire when high voltage power surged through its wire, trapping the family in the tin shed structure.

Two injured survivors, Priya Damone and Ganga Damone, were admitted to a private hospital for medical treatment of their injuries.
