Veteran actor Udayachandrika, known as Radha, filed a police complaint with Chennai authorities alleging her sister Ambika Nair and brother Mallikarjuna forged invalid cheques to defraud her of nearly ₹50 crore.
Radha stated she received an email alert regarding five high-value cheques presented in Ambika's name, prompting her to immediately request stop-payment instructions from her bank.
The complaint accuses her siblings of trespassing into her room to steal old, unused cheques and signing them to clear financial liabilities under the Foreign Exchange Management Act.
