iQOO Neo11 Ultra and Z11S Smartphones Launched in China

iQOO launched the Neo11 Ultra and Z11S smartphones in China, both featuring IP68/IP69 ingress protection and large batteries starting at 9,100mAh.

The Neo11 Ultra is priced from CNY 3,399 ($504) with a Dimensity 9500 chipset, while the Z11S starts at CNY 1,799 ($267) and uses the Dimensity 7500.

Both devices feature 6.83-inch 144Hz AMOLED displays and run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with the Ultra offering faster 100W wired charging compared to the Z11S's 44W.
