Ukraine Stabilised Frontline and Broke Russian Offensive, Says Ex-General

Ukraine's former commander-in-chief Gen Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that Kyiv has stabilised the front line and halted Russia's advance.

Syrskyi estimated Russian troop deaths to be up to 11 times higher than Ukraine's, while noting heavy losses on both sides.
