Norway's government has proposed a temporary ban on camera-equipped AI smart glasses in public spaces where privacy is particularly crucial.
The restrictions would target areas such as healthcare facilities, fitness centers, schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, and youth clubs.
The proposed measure aims to give authorities sufficient time to debate whether permanent regulatory frameworks are necessary to address privacy concerns.
