Rahul Gandhi Challenges PM Modi to an Open Debate Over Alleged Foreign Help

Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to an open debate on Monday, alleging that the Prime Minister came to and remains in power with foreign help.

Gandhi's challenge followed comments by Prime Minister Modi accusing the opposition of acting as an obstructionist force and working with anti-India elements.

During an INDIA bloc rally at Ramlila Maidan, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge also accused Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah of shielding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
