
Raymond share price surged nearly 20% to hit a fresh 52-week high of ₹1,024 on Friday, defying the broader market fall after completing the demerger of its lifestyle and real estate businesses into independent listed entities.
The remaining engineering business reported Q1 FY27 aerospace revenue of ₹123 crore, up 40.4% year-on-year, alongside a 10-year aerospace order book exceeding ₹5,960 crore and long-term supply agreements with Safran and Pratt & Whitney.
Additionally, Raymond approved a ₹214.71 crore fundraising plan through the preferential allotment of 33.28 lakh convertible warrants to Minerva Ventures Fund at ₹645 per warrant.
