Three Accused in Fatal Goa Nightclub Fire Surrender to Court

Three main accused in the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub fire surrendered before the Mapusa Additional District and Sessions Court on Monday.

The surrender follows a Supreme Court order two weeks ago that dismissed their petitions challenging the cancellation of bail by the Bombay High Court.

The 2025 fire, which occurred in North Goa, resulted in 25 deaths, leading to charges of culpable homicide and criminal conspiracy against the owners.
