Fitbit Founders Launch Luffu Link Health Band for Seniors

Fitbit co-founders James Park and Eric Friedman launched Luffu Link, an LTE-enabled health and safety wearable designed for seniors, currently available for preorder at $250.

The device monitors physical and mental health, tracks location, and allows users to send voice messages and health data to trusted contacts without needing a phone.

Expected to ship in early 2027, the wearable will eventually retail for $300 and complements the Luffu health-monitoring app, which uses AI to track daily patterns and well-being.
