Indian Stock Markets Enter Samvat 2083 With Nifty Above 25,000

Indian equity markets entered Samvat 2083 as the Nifty 50 reclaimed the 25,000 mark and the Sensex surpassed 81,000 following record weekly gains.

Foreign institutional investors purchased shares worth ₹13,749.82 crore on Friday, driving weekly foreign inflows to ₹35,781 crore.

Both benchmark indices surged over 2% on Friday, bolstered by strong corporate earnings and falling crude oil prices.
