Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated on Thursday that India is prepared to share its practical counter-terrorism expertise with ASEAN and dialogue partners through joint military exercises, capacity-building, and intelligence sharing.
Speaking at an ADMM-Plus conclave in Cebu, Philippines, Singh cited Operation Sindoor as a declaration of New Delhi's clear approach against state-sponsored terrorist activities after destroying significant terror infrastructure last year.
Singh also outlined India's vision for a secure Indo-Pacific, emphasizing adherence to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea to protect the collective interests of regional stakeholders.
