Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10 Premiere Introduces New Contestant Format

Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10 premiered on September 6 with 19 contestants entering the house after a live audience vote eliminated 10 of the 29 shortlisted candidates.

The season features a new 'Democracy Room' concept and marks the first time in the show's history that commoners have been included as contestants.

Host Vijay Sethupathi led the premiere, which included virtual appearances by the hosts of the show's other three southern Indian editions.
